If its on the underside of the head, and they stick out slightly, they may be glands.

If it's discolourations or not restricted to the head, it's probably an infection.

If in any doubt or they begin to weep, see a doctor. Fast.

Round white bumps around the rim of the head? I, and around 25-30% of all men, have these. They're called pearly penile papules. Nothing at all to worry about.

Have you had them as long as you can remember or have they just appeared recently? Any discharge (from the spots or from the "hogs eye") or pain?

If they're new or you're worried, go and see your doctor. It's probably nothing, but it always worth someone having a look just for reassurance.

Yeah I have PPP too. They're tiny and hardly noticeable. Oops that's my penis! LOL j/k but I really do have them.

i got some too. i saw my dr when i was younger and he said it was normal...i was so embarrased!
