That's exactly what I mean by 'bullshit'. Such a blanket statement without evidence (or a reasonable means of obtaining such evidence) is complete nonsense. Not to mention, a huge number of Yankees are of Anglo-Saxon extraction. If ethnic background really had anything to do with schlong size (and I think most of us agree that it doesn't), there would be a lot of Americans who would have equally big cocks because they have the same genetic make-up as their English 'cousins'. Just for the record, I have ... ahem ... come across many American and English cocks; neither group seems to be more well-hung than the other on the whole ... but there are some impressive individuals to be found on both sides of the pond.
