Horoscopes

I don't pay a lot of attention to horoscopes, but I fit the category of Capricorn very well. The one exception is that I avoid Pisces men like the plague. Crazy fuckers.

Interestingly, My Dear Morgan,
You(Scorpio) and Madame Zora(Capricorn) are born under the two sex signs! That is to say that people born under those signs require more sex than do others.

Madame Zora-Capricorn:

Financial security, complicated, ambitious, materialistic, dependable, responsible, a leader, duty-driven, deadly serious, cunning wisdom, a work horse, lustful, organized, shrewd, dresses expensively and neatly, tight fisted, sarcastic, warm, charming, friendly, tender/tough, loves sex, a great lover, not a gambler, needs to be needed and liked, demands much, hates to be teased, hates practical jokes, hates criticism.

Conflicts will develop when warmth-seeking Pisces meets the cool Capricorn. Although a permanent affair may be made of the sexy child-adult Pisces and the lover-parent Capricorn, the former's strain and pain may frustrate Capricorn's need to be needed.......

Wow, I don't fit THAT definition of Capricorn. I don't give a shit about money and I dress in thrift store chic, if I don't make the clothes myself. Other than that, bullheaded and all the rest applies.

As for Pisces men, I meant that they're LITERALLY crazy, as in out of touch with reality. Haven't met an exception yet.

Scorpio here. I fit many of the characteristics, but I know others who don't fit them at all. I think that it's kind of funny just to see if the things fit, but I don't put any stock in horoscopes.

A fun thing to do sometims is to pull up three horoscopes from three different regions of the world. They are almost always different. Also, the Cosmopolitan horoscope is always a nice piece of fiction to read because they try to weave it around the magazine's theme of high priced clothing, big hair, big earring, sex and relationships.

Hi,

I would have to say that this probably describes many of my characteristics.

This politically enlightened and I must say very politically correct crowd can't see astrology for the complete and utter horse shit it is.

They go crazy if someone suggests that different looking people may possess different behavioral traits or abilities yet they give credence to the idea that the position of the moon and date of one's birth does just that.

Interesting.

I wouldn't say that they're crazy, but they are dreamers. Mundane shit doesn't interest Pisceans, so that's why two Pisces living together is a bad thing: practical things like paying the bills and maintaining the car tend not to get done. Art takes a precedence over life. However, I get along great with Pisces men. Pisces and Cancer are both water signs, so we're simpáticos. The problem is that water signs are very emotional, and the only sign that has a bigger martyr complex than Cancer is Pisces. Cancer/Pisces friendships often have to be able to withstand a lot of hurt feelings. The other water sign is Scorpio, and my relationships with Scorpios are a lot safer.

DMW,

Does this mean you are a Cancer, my dear? I tend to look at the way the elements affect each other. Water quenches fire, turns earth into mud, and affects air in oh so many ways. So, it makes me feel empowered being a Scorpio with moon in Cancer.

Dear Madame Zora,

I read about a man who purchased formerly expensive designer lable clothes from thrift stores and resold them at higher prices on Ebay. He had been in the garment industry so he knew what to look for.
As you have found out, you can look like a million without spending a million.
As for incompatability with specific signs (Pisces); I have been attracted to and been disappointed by more Taurus men than I can count. And my perfect match is supposed to be with Taurus. Finally, I found "true love" and he happened to be, what else? A Taurus!
I'm not suggesting that you should test drive any more Pisces, however....

Hello Shelby,
No need to be Mr. Crankypants. We're just having a little fun. No one here is saying that astrology is what rules their life. It can be fun and interesting to see how many qualities typical of your sign are actually qualities that you possess. For you, astrology is bull shit. I respect your opinion.

Cancer(Moonchild)

You're often labeled as moody which can be misinterpreted as a bad thing. You can quickly get out of a bad mood. You laugh easily and make others laugh.
It is said that you are so sentimental that you cry at supermarket openings!
"There's no place like home" is your motto.
You like giving advice.
You are very sensitive to other peoples feelings.
And your feelings are easily hurt.
People are surprised at how much you know.
You need affection.
You thrive on compliments.
Good with money, though you usually spend whatever you have.
You hate change, but you quickly adapt.
People have a difficult time figuring you out.
No one knows ALL your secrets.

Idealistic, courteous, charming, conversational, firm convictions, dislike crudeness or vulgarity, romantic, sympathetic, insecure, intelligent, strong, protective.........
