Penes. However 'penises' is also acceptable. Rather than memorize an irregular pural (or rather a regular Latin plural), it's probably easier just to say 'penises', 'cocks', 'dicks', 'schlongs', 'tallywhackers', 'blue-veined yogurt-slingers', or whatever.
