Anyway, I don't hang really low or anything, but low enough that I can qualify for a swinger.

Clinger. It's like they haven't dropped...but they have lol. They 'hang' about an inch, maybe an inch and a half but not much. The actual testes are pretty small and the bag itself is baggy. Meet my testicles :D
