Tiny red bumps

I have some teeny tiny little red bumps near the tip of my penis on the underside. I can't really feel them and they haven't spread or anything. I've never had unprotected sex.

Anyone know anything about that?

I think I know what you're describing, those are called, "pearly penile papules" and they're normal. there are also sebaceous cysts.

I'm almost certain that this is what you're talking about, and I'd suggest doing some research of your own. And if you're still worried, as with all genital problems, ask a doctor. That's what you're paying them for after all.
