I'm 8 x 6 and have never been deepthroated. In fairness though, most women have not really put a major effort into trying to though. And I've never insisted either. A few have gotten down to the last inch or so, and while that was kind of neat for the novelty of it and how it looked, I didn't really get very physically stimulated by it.
