NelsonMuntz84: Its pretty simple, if you have a bath, pull the skin back when its under the water, and use like baby lotion or a sensitive body wash to clean it.
in the shower, do the same, obviously just using the shower head to clean.

dadboned39: used to get hair caught under foreskin when was a teen, but washed the segema under the skin every day when taking a shower. and washed it again at night before bed in case wife was interested.
any guys ever get your foreskin caught in zipper before? I did when about 11 when mom got me some boxers and was in a hurry as boys get flipping it in and zipping it up. ouch
