Indeed in Italian "pisello", a childish word similar to weenie, reminds a smaller organ than "cazzo", the equivalent of cock.

In our language we have also suffix to render the size.

-one mean big. Cazzo is cock, cazzone is big dick (or an idiot).

-ino or -etto eans small. Cazzetto is a small dick.
