I rememeber when I was about in middle school and we were at the public swimming pool, and in the locker room there were showers. And to exit the locker rooms you had to go by the showers and I remember this one man's penis. It was flaccid, however it still looked fairly large, probably about 6 inches or so. In terms of flaccid penises, the largest I've seen is my father.

I've had two roommates who were in the ballpark. I used to see this man at my gym. I would say he was only about 5'5" and stocky. His dick hung a bit further than halfway to his knee and was very thick.
