No real discussion here. this is ageism by definition. If you are doing and believing the very things that define ageism, then you have to admit that is what you are doing.

IT IS AGEISM.

While this is true, it's not necessarily a bad thing. I see no reason why a young guy would find attention from a much older man appealing, call it ageism or not.
