Women's thoughts on Male Nipple Piercing

I saw a video of a guy with his left nipple pierced and really thought it to be quite good looking and wonder what women think of it. I'm pretty "clean" as in, don't have tattoos or any other body piercings so all this is new to me.

Just curious what women think when they see that a guy's nipple is pieced. Maybe not both as I wouldn't do both (only left).

By the way, I think nipple rings or barbells (even more so) on girls are super hot. It's sexy, kind of exotic, and most girls find their nipples more sensitive and they like them so that's even better.

can be a bit creepy...
depends on the amount of chest hair or formation of bitch tits...
but they can be nice at the same time...
most men I know got nipple piercings because they like a little nipple play...
or they're musicians... XD

I use to have my nipples pierced...
it didn't make them more sensitive or anything...
hell I barely felt the piercing itself...
but they make for nice decor... XD

Well, I don't have any chest hair. Asians tend not to be hairy. LoL. Anyway, I'm pretty fit and tone. Athletic build. I'm curious if a nipple ring on the left would look good/sexy, from the woman perspective is all. Or would it be lame? Eh, it does look cool to try out though--for 50.00.

I wonder why some may think of it as creepy, but I guess it depends on how you wear it.

I'm interested in the look of it--not seriously into kinky nipple play or whatever, though if girls like playing with it I'm not going to crowbar them off me. Maybe having it to take care of will keep me away from distractions like porn. :)

I'm not a fan. Every man I know with a piercing below the neck is either gay or bi. So if you are asking as a straight man if women would still find you hot. The answer is, yes; I just wouldn't fuck you.

Update:

I've been browsing around the internet and definitely understand why nipple rings on guys aren't as hot as nipple rings on women. The body, especially the chest has got to be in shape and firm to have the piercing look good/sexy, otherwise, it just looks cheesy--I definitely see it. There are some unattractive to plain ugly piercings so no wonder it gets a bad rap.

So, if I'm going to get it--or as, TLJJ suggested--get a fake one and see how it works out before the real deal, I really will have to hit the gym more.

I'm leaning heavily towards the ring rather than the barbell. I don't think I need to worry about an angry girlfriend tugging at it since that girlfriend is pretty friendly--she has 5 fingers and doesn't remind me of how stupid I am. She's a keeper, for sure!

I prefer men to be in shape, which usually involves weight lifting. I don't know how any man could work out seriously in the gym AND have a nipple piercing.

It doesn't matter to me either way, same with tattoos. Some look good some not so good, I'd be more put off if you were covered head to foot!

If I found YOU to be sexy then your piecing/tattoo would be, hope that makes sense?

First off, it's cool you've decided on wanting to wear a ring. But you'll have to put that aside for the first 3-6 months, as every decent bodypiercer will tell you your best pick for healing is a barbell. Piercing it with a ring is a possibity, but will double the healing time and you will need a ring with a very big diameter at first - not the look you were going for. Find a piercer that works with high end internally threaded jewely, anatometal (jewelry manufactor) is the best out there.

On-topic: I think I'd be the worst any pierced guy could run into, because as a professional it would have to be perfectly done for it not to bother me. I've been amazed of how careless people can be with mal-placed jewelry.. If my nipple piercing was crooked, I would have taken it out as soon as I could. Piercings are jewelry, you wear a jewel in them as they are supposed to compliment and beautify your body in the first place - if it doesn't do any of those things, it's just a hole in just some skin.

Personally I think they are pretty hot - one nipple only, has to be a ring, not a bar for a guy. I also like piercings down under, but I have a piercing fetish I guess.

I don't like tattoos in general most (not all) are tacky and I could give them a pass.

As for the other posters, I have seen several guys at gyms with piercings working out. Almost every guy I know who has one nipple pierced is as straight as they come, they also seem to be more secure of the masculinity and I know this is a generalization, but they seem to be good in bed (not necessarily hung just good sexually). However, both nipples pierced and you usually have a gay or bi guy.

Also almost every guy i know who has had one is not really into nipple play, they do it because they like the looks of it - as another poster put, it's decorative jewelry, you do it because you like it.

One piercing I don't like on a guy is the belly button, was in vogue 5-6 years ago in socal - ugh it just looked bad on any guy.

Funny thing though, I don't really like guys with pierced ears - to me that looks gay.

Katt, there is a very reputable place near where I live. Voted Best of Boston many times so I do plan on getting it done there. I probably will bombard them with a bunch of newbie questions, but it's kind of exciting to think of it. I've even viewed Youtube clips of the procedure being done. Looks simple enough.

3664shaken, I definitely don't like the 2 nipple look on a guy because it does suggest gayness. I get hit on by enough gay guys so I don't think that would be a good idea.
