On a serious note, though, how about something that minimizes showing but is still comfortable? It's a combination I have yet to find.

Thanks to all you guys that replied to my inquiry. I appreciate all the imput. I definitely will try to find Merona brand since there's a Target nearby. The Hanes briefs I bought there recently actually fit fairly well, by buying one size larger. I'll do some research into some of the more "exotic" brands you mentioned.
There's nothing more annoying than sitting down and suddenly feeling yourself sitting on your balls! If you know some discrete ways of "getting them out from under," I'd love to hear them. Also...there was one pair of briefs in an ad that specifically mentioned that they were designed to force your penis to point unward when worn. Well, that wouldn't do for me. I much prefer my penis to hang downward, even when supported in a pouch. I guess if I didn't, having it push out the leg hole wouldn't be a problem. But as one of you mentioned, often when he got hard, his penis would push against the waistband....another uncomfortable situation.
I also think that underwear manufacturers should have a size standard more than just waist size. That's like saying that all guys with a 32 inch waist have the same size cock and balls. How ridiculous! This website alone is proof that that's far from the truth!

I can make any of the styles on their webpage for about 10$ or less ... 10$ if the fabric is extreamly expensive.

The prices people try to charge for less than a yard of fabric makes me snort.

dayne: I agree it is expensive to order and most places don't want to you return something worn. For me part of the stiuation is to find out just what is going to go where as you wear them. I have always gotten looks and comments from straight and gay guys both. I swear it doesn't look that big to me, but must to everyone else. Please forgive me for complaining. I have wished at times that i could test run designs for companies. I think it would be interesting. But, i am a bit of an underwear freak, so would be more likely to do it than people who just prefer commando.

I some times wonder if companies don't cut the room in front so "regular" guys don't feel they have to be just a little bit bigger than normal when their briefs, or whatever, fit a bit tight.

I have a unique problem actually. My size is always 8 X 5...hard or soft its tha same. This poses problems when shopping for underwear because eveything just falls out the sides usually! I turned to having mine custom made by a lady in California. I only wear t-back thongs now. She does an awesome job and everything stays where its suposed to. As much as I would like to go with none, thats not possible most of the time. It s a little expensive...8 to 10 dollars a pair but well worth it I think

Actually Joe Boxer (from K-mart) is really comfortable. They are made of a nice material, and they are pretty long (so you won't "fall out the botton" which is a good thing). Yeah..thats the boxers that i am talking about

I LOVE my new 2Xist Jock--although I don't think I could wear it to work as it arouses me just to have it on. It's very comfy--I got the next size up from my waist to accommodate everything and it feels great! :D
