We cowboys that are truly packing won't wear belt buckles that are so large that they double as a shield.

The appropriate size buckle for a cowboy that's packing is about 3X4. That way it doesn't distract from his bulge, or gets in his way and hurts his bulge.

Anything bigger than a 3X4 belt buckle (like a 6X9) is just a tombstone for a dead dick!!
