I found this escort site the other day, and found the distribution of sizes interesting.
They have 4 guys in the 7 inch range, 41(!) guys in the 8 inch range, 15 in the 9, 3 in the 10, and 3 in the 11.
Seems close to the distribution of LPSG (except for the 7's, and despite the fact that we have a lot of 16" here).
I also noted how few 8 inch girths there were -- just a couple.
