It is if you have the idea in your head that he/she looks like a minor, and that you like that look. If you like him/her because of the person itself and not the way they look, then I think it's alright. This is a difficult question because you must be careful with what you're saying. DOn't mind what some members say about the pictures that you post, but be careful that you don't post people who are under the age of 18!
