It wouldn't go into the lungs. When swallowing semen, the epiglottis prevents it going into the trachea just as it does with any liquid that is swallowed. The average amount of semen ejaculated is less than one tablespoon. Do you drown when taking a bit swig of water or soft drink? No? Why would the result be any different with semen?

It is said that, with a faulty epiglottal mechanism and/or reflex, someone could drown in only a teaspoon of water.
