Never. Not once. Cut cocks are just fine. Even adults with circumcised cocks are just fine, even if they were circumcised at birth. My problem is not with circumcised cocks; my problem is with parents who do it to infant children when there is no medical indication that it's needed. I feel the same way about tonsils, adenoids, and appendices. I feel the same way about piercing. I feel the same way about tattoos. If that is what the person has chosen for himself.
