I think the meaning was in "perception" of him being less of a man. A woman's boobs have no direct effect on sexual performance, but a man's cock size does- at least to an extent. Therefore if an actor were a "grower" he may be unwilling to expose his flaccid penis for fear of being pegged as a small man. Anyhows, in the world of glamour and movies, a lot of people tend to think of celebrities as being somehow "greater" or more important then their own lives. If Tom Cruise was hung, or whether he isn't, that doesn't concern me.
