Thats a good point. I know people within the gay porn world and its not hidden that the reason a lot of these so-called "straight" guys have that title is because it lends itself to a fantasy which a lot of gay guys have. This in turn brings in big money for some of the more popular studios/websites.
By saying that they are "straight" it makes it all the hotter /profitable when the eventual cock-up-the-ass movie happens. Clever little tykes.
