Yes, because the 'Nam war was a threat....amputees, blindness, unaccounted for deaths following the war, urological problems, heavy mental trauma. Sounds easy, if you type it fast, right?
We all know of the stories, but we're never going to get an exact figure.
Nonetheless, it is the
same law for ALL citizens of the U.S. and has been for 40 years, and that was my point.
