Thanks for the heads up Tardis 69! It's a crazy world we live in when the victims are being prosecuted instead of those committing the crime. Thankfully I didn't have to resort to using surveillance. My crappy neighbours haven't given me any grief since the police got involved 2 years ago. Cheers!
