good point about choosing a different career path, but in fairness he did acknowledge that he does or atleast used to give less-than-stellar service to minorities.
on the first senetence, i've NEVER worked in a place that went on tips because i know how cheap EVERYBODY is. i worked in a cafe that accepted but didn't require tips for a few months. i would fix, modify, change, customize drinks and coffees and cafe au laits and roca mocachinos and often broke the rules so the customer could have their own choice of milk or an extra shot of espresso, and some of these would be 40, 50 dollar orders but the biggest tip i got (aside from $5 from a lovely woman named jane) was a dollar. 50 dollar order+ $1 tip= an angry marleyisalegend. again, that's why i never work in restaurants because i know how cheap people can be, and others you could bend over backwards and fly to the moon for them and they'll still tip horribly.
