You can find all three of those, I just checked for you, plus just about anything else you might be looking for on a site called
pornpayperview. It is a pay site that lets you buy different blocks of minutes. I promise I have absolutely no connection to the site, other then to say I can highly recommend it. You can do a search for what you're looking for first to see if it's in the database before you purchase minutes. It breaks down complete films into it's separate scenes and the database is huge.
