I use to use a company (forgot the name now) that had a great selection of gay titles to rent. No problems at first but then I kept getting reminder notices for two that I had never received. They supposedly were shipped out. I kept writing and telling them they must have been lost in the mail. Finally, under mutual agreement, my account was closed.
I wish I could think of their name.
