In short, I'm known among my group of friends for being a little bit of a whore. So they call me Dodge.
When I've shagged a girl a couple of times I want a change, new territory, so I "dodge" the current chick and go and shag someone else.
(Also my real name is lame so I prefer them calling me Dodge anyway)
Artful Dodger is a famous English character and I just borrowed his name as a progression from Dodge.
