Did you grow up in the 1960's or were your parents products of the 60's? Wake up call: this is 2008! You're right about the OP. He is 18 (at least he says he is), and if so, he is an adult, albeit a very naive one as he's led us to believe for the past few weeks.

LOL You've got to be kidding. You're trying to say that I'm safer going out and having oral sex with different guys every night than being in a monogamous relationship.

I'll have to agree to disagree on this one. CYA!
Yes, monogamy is taken on faith and history has shown that that faith has been taken for granted by many people. So again, I disagree that entering into a relationship you believe is monogamous means that you protected 100% against stds. That was my point.

I'm not a product of the 60s, the 70s as a matter of fact. I have no idea what you mean by those statements. Billions of people have oral sex without condoms. I am well aware this is 2008, again, I'm not sure what your point is. I really can't see anything that I've written that is so incredulous to you.

I never said that you are safer having sex with different guys than a monogamous relationship. There's no need to distort what I said for you to maintain your moral high-ground. I'm merely stating that there is a risk of stds in even "monogamous" relationships and there is a risk of stds while having unprotected oral sex. Those are facts. Is the risk less in monogamous relationships? Of course. Nevertheless the risk exists and you accept that risk. You have made an adult decision for yourself. If someone choses to have unprotected oral sex they accept the risk and they have made an adult decision as well. Again, what have I written that is outrageous or nonsensical?
