Even if you do decide to get circumcised, it's a good idea to retract your foreskin beforehand so you get used to the feeling. Mine is retracted and it's been that way for ages. Have you ever retracted your foreskin before? The end of the foreskin should slip behind the head (as opposed to rolling back like a sweater sleeve) fairly easily. I didn't have to "train" mine. I simply retracted it one day and left it that way. I've had no problems with it since and most people assume I'm circumcised if they see me naked.
