I'll keep one hand at the base, pulling the skin back tight, while I continue to stroke softly. I stop altogether for the first shot, then start stroking again.

And sometimes I'm so sensitive that I can barely stroke at all. It feels like any extra stimulation will make my knees buckle ans cause me to hit my head on the toilet.
