Absolutely. Differins the best, seriously. In my experience it did get slightly worse before it got better. But it takes sometime to kick in so persevere!! If you use the gel, I would advise only the 0.1%. Dont be tempted by the 0.3%, it doesn't work any faster but does make your skin unbelivably dry.
(Dont put any of it near your eyes. It will make you prematurely age)
