You need to be more precise in defining 'sexual'. Is the sexuality 'imagined' or are they engaged in 'sexual' acts? My response would be different. If there was no consent in either scenario I wouldn't be happy but I would accept I may have little or no recourse in law.

That would be sexual assault. I would seek legal redress.I'd be furious, regardless of sexuality. What parent wouldn't?

Again, sexual assault. Somewhat harder to prove, perhaps.
