Isn't that the very ethos of state sanctioned execution. The state (the executioner acting in its behalf) using its power to take the life of another defenceless person?
How do your statements fit with a stated position of believing in
Absolute Morality (your stated position)? If one holds a view that deliberately planning for and undertaking the death of a Human is wrong, isn't due process irrelevant, in
absolute terms?
