Also, more importantly, there was nocase against this guy b/c he also wasn't making any money off these cam episodes. He was just posting them on YouTube. He's since pulled them down.
Also alot of that stuff you see on the internet of guys getting groped or fondled while asleep are total set-ups. You can tell by watching them. That's no harm done as every guy has had that fantasy as a kid. Touching the HS jock etc.....
It is really an issue if it's unwelcomed and the person cannot resist the urge to do these things to other guys w/o their ok. That is really perverted.
