Where GHs are concerned, seedy is good. It's just part of the whole deal - that and the smell of disinfectant cleaner and maybe some stale smoke.
I remember once walking by a local XXX on a warm spring day when they had the door propped open - to air the place out, I guess. That combination of cum, cleaner and smoke wafted out and gave me a nearly instant hard-on.
