Actually....... if you have any remaining inner foreskin, that can be stimulated to grow to cover the glans as it would a normal foreskin. The only thing all restored foreskins lack is the frenar band, and sometimes, the frenulum. Correct foreskin restoration balances the growth of inner and outer skin to create the new foreskin.
My strongest sensation comes from the remnant of the frenulum. I only have about half of it left though I suppose I should be thankful I have any left at all. I would like my glans to be more sensitive hence I've done restoration on and off with good results. Again, I'm lucky because I was left with about an inch of inner foreskin.
