Apparently, you're unaware the many infant circ's are done without anesthesia. The latest I've read approx. half of all hospital infant circ's in USA are done without anesthesia. There was a spike in the 1990s because A.A.P. recommends it, but it leveled off and may actually be declining due to complications.
With or without anesthesia, infant circumcision is barbaric when there's no indication such as necrosis or deformity. Do you find it "horrific" that roughly half of the hospital infant circ's are done without anesthesia? If so, get used to it! The use of anesthesia has probably max'd out.

And again you have no way of knowing whether there are or aren't benefits to foreskin restoration. Row Low, Jerry, myself, and others have done a restoration so we would know. And it isn't just "psychological". We can feel a difference!
