No I agree... there's always priorities, and you will... never in a
free nation of 350M+ ppl be able to educate, medicate, and employ everybody.
In economics, it's like the
efficient frontier but swap "spending" for "risk", which I won't go into, because I know which LPSGers get it, and rest are a bunch o' horny lunkheads (that's a good thing for some of you)... a la diminishing returns.
