I wouldn't go so far as to agree 110%, but you are correct that most porn these days is caveman in nature. I don't agree that there are only a few of us who would never call our wives (or anyone else) a whore in the bedroom. I think that the vast majority of men would never do that.

I suppose there are many reasons why this type of fantasy porn is out there. Many men feel powerless and are insecure about not only their sexuality but also their place in society. Projecting yourself into the role of the hungry stud who has unlimited appeal and power over women, probably compensates for how lonely and small our lives are. Maybe that is why it sells. Most of the guys I know in real life, think that this type of porn is boring. I don't even get a boner from watching it.

But porn is an industry and if there wasn't a market for product that degrades women, then I guess they wouldn't make it. I agree with you Red, there must be a lot of damage done to the psychology of people watching this so-called sex on the internet. Especially young males, who are inexperienced with girls and may be growing up in abusive environments. It must be feeding (or may be relieving?) the anger of many men.
