Unless you're packing some serious meat down there, if you don't want anyone to look then it's pretty easy to prevent the stares. I tend to wear baggy pants a lot (or at least ones with some extra room in the seat) so when I walk I don't advertise much. However, when I sit down everything bunches up in rather interesting ways. If someone winds up catching a glimpse or a quick peek, then it probably wouldn't bother me. But that's far different from someone who gives your crotch the glare of death, as if they needed oxygen and the only place they could get it was from your balls. That kind of stare always makes me feel uncomfortable.
