well not on the nhs. that is, you'd have to pay to have it done unless there was a medical reason.
that's in a country where we're used to the gov covering all health care costs.
the nhs tends to look at cost effectiveness.
if there's no proven benefit for snipping all boys then they'll stick to snipping the very few that have any problems.
