i can almost always stay hard through at least two orgasms (and my orgasms take quite a long time, my girlfriend usually has 3-5 for one of mine), but on the rare occasion that i do soften up a bit i find that if you keep slow thrusting like RubberHarley said it always hardens up again, but then i again im a young guy, and im sure that has something to do with it as other people have said
