According to the post history, it was neither first or seventh. It as fourth out of five listed when I checked. Don't know where his other two are. Other things than posts to a thread count in post total. The seven there represents the total number of posts to date, not the number of posts at the time the post was made. Check again later on this same post and the number will go up.
As far as the galleries go, I don't mess with them unless someone claims their picture was stolen from them. If a person steals a pic off the Net and gets caught, the members will discipline that person for sure.
