I tend to pull the lot out, when I can (not if I need to be discreet). I find that having everything hanging loose encourages the bladder to fully empty. If there's any tightness as a result of the balls and the base of the shaft being held in it can often result in a bit of unwelcome and unexpected leakage once the beast has been caged again.

Joe V - there's nothing weird about drying off the end of your cock with a bit of toilet tissue, when you've got the opportunity. It's just good hygiene. I do it as well.
