It would be nice if everyone on here would not practice law without licenses.

If lPSG says not to do it, then that is the rule.

The Feds do not have jurisdiction over any such thing as discussion about sexualized teens or however you want to put it. Whoever gave the example of the Speers girl hit the nail on the head. Media outlets across the country would not be mentioning anything about her if it were illegal to do so, especially in the post-Superbowl-wardrobe-malfunction FCC world that we are all living in.
Note that I am talking about discussion and not pictures. (one of themost fucked up laws we have is that a married couple who is 17 years old cannot take and posess pictures of themselves engaged in sex, and neither can we have pictures taken legally of teens engaged in sex IN FOREIGN countries where the pictures are legal... no victim there, but still illegal in the US.)

Feuling the minds of pedophiles is the dumbest legal argument I have heard of... it is almost as bad as the "gateway drug" argument. Jesus, if gateways were really all that bad and if 15% of gateway drug users end up using worse drugs, then shouldn;t it be illegal to be a colored teen in AMerica? Because 15% of them will end up as felons? gateway color...
