Yes, some have. Now some consider a sexual attraction between a 16 year old and a 22 year old an act of pedophilia. It is not pedophilia is the attraction of an adult either straight or gay, to a child who has NOT begun puberty. We are talking about ages 11 and under generally.

A relationship between a 22 year old teacher and a 16 year old student is illegal because it involves one person in position of authority the teacher over the student. It is also inappropriate. but it is not pedophilia. But some people are saying that now.

Some are trying to equate any kind of emotional attachment between an adult and a teen as some act of sexual deviant behavior. In truth, youth need adult mentors and several or them as well.

Same thing is happening with parents. Some consider any nudity between a parent and a youth immoral but it is OK if the child is nude in the same situation with some other adult. Seeing a penis is automatically sexual deviant behavior.

Sad but true. There is this group fortunately not a majority that are against any kind of bonding between an adult and a teen.

But anyone working with youth know that is a piece of crap. Boys need male mentor bonding. That is one of the reasons you are hear. You want and need assurance from adult men that you do measure up as a man. All guys need this. All of them including you and me. As long as the sexual overtones are left out, it is a wonderful thing.
