I appreciate this thread. Several times I've had men that pressured me for a sexual act that doesn't interest me like anal (it's a one-way hole thank you very much). My experience has been that those that pressured me also tended to be selfish and controlling outside the bedroom as well. Pressuring someone shows a lack of respect.

If you ask and they say no, accept it. If you ask and they consider and try it once but don't like it, accept it. If you ask and they say yes, enjoy it. Simple.

I also agree completely with ManlyBanisers (except I won't do anal at all)

With ATM, it is more the concept of potential germ / bacteria transfer that neither of us can get our heads around. It could taste like pumpkin pie and I still wouldn't ATM. I'm not having a go at anyone who does ATM, each to their own - I just know I can't find it anything but a turn off.
