Eh, they already have coke, the kind you drink and the other ;), every western fashion, western movie, xbox, tv show, alcohol, etc. - it just isn't discussed. What some reformists want is to take the western practices out of the closet, and clerics, some benefit from the black market, would rather keep it hidden.
