When i was in the states on holliday, someone told me that they call Hispanics to the people coming from south America or mexico Speaking spanish and they call spaniards to people from Spain. I don't know if this is true. Anyway there is a lot of differences between the people coming from south America (really mixed races continent ) and Spanish which originally are a mixed (in the history) of celtic people (coming from the north) and Iberians (coming from the south) what they called celtiberian people (for the old ages), then we were conquered by the Fenician people and roman empire and that is one of the most importan part of our mediterranean blood, after that we were mixed also again with corrents of barbares (suevos, vandalos, alanos, i don't know the word of them in inglish) coming from the very norh of europe , they setled and created kingdoms and later we thad invasions of arabs and jewish coming from the south, they were sent away after 8 hundred years (most of this 8 centuries they where in the very south of spain), so the result of spanish people is a big mix (as our artistic heritage..... gothic catedrals, arab castels and very old mosques, romanic churches, roman acueducts, in the north east there are pipes like in ireland and scotland with hundreds of year traditions and many many many many more example of our big heritage)
When first i went to mexico on hollidays i was surprised, because before i thought they were like us, Spanish, but i saw that most of people were with a very high grade of indian blood in them. In Argentina and Uruguay i felt like in Spain (thery are 90% Spanish (from Spain) and Italian descendents and the rest 10% from the rest of europe). For the rest of countries in S. America and caribean there are a lot of mix from original indians, with blacks, and europeans, but mayority of the mix of the blood in those countries is indian.
So i would say that you can find every kind of cock size and shapes in hispanics in S. America depending the % of blood they have, the more black the bigger, the more indian the smaller. But you know, there are always exeptions.
For Spanish, i see no diference between Spanish cocks than the rest of europe (and i can tell that, that i go to nude beaches in ibiza, where we have people from any nationality of europe, and i have seen thousands, and thousands of cocks from all over europe)
