I can't imagine saying anything besides "hard," or "hard-on;" those sound just fine in a sexual context, but if you're in bed with someone, and you look into her/his eyes and say "Baby, I want you to suck my BONER!", they're probably going to burst out laughing. Back in MY day, we just called them hard-ons, and we liked it!
