If I'm wearing a small skirt (above the knee) I'll wear underwear.
With jeans and trousers and jodhpurs I won't.

The cuts I like are
Brazilian cut (A bit like a boyleg but cut very high on the buttock)
Mini V's - think string bikini brief, but much, much smaller.
